  • Communication between Job Hunters and Job Scouts

  • Job Scouts for the purpose of recruitment and job placement

User Obligations

• Application Process: Job Hunters are responsible for ensuring that their applications are complete and truthful.

Termination

• Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting AYC.
• Termination by AYC: AYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account for violations of these Terms or any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The System is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
• No Guarantee of Employment: AYC does not guarantee that Job Hunters will secure employment or that Job Scouts will find suitable candidates.
• Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the System.

Amendments

AYC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
